Resource utilization: Using fly ash as raw material, white carbon black is extracted through processes such as alkali dissolution, acid precipitation, and carbonization to achieve high-value utilization of industrial waste.
Key technologies:
Alkali calcination activation method: Mix fly ash and alkaline activator for calcination to improve the leaching rate of silica.
Caustic soda leaching method: Control the pH value to prepare silica gel solution, which is aged, filtered, and dried to obtain white carbon black.
Product performance: Specific surface area can reach 775.12 m ²/g, purity ≥ 95%, excellent mechanical reinforcement performance, suitable for rubber and polypropylene products.
Industrialization case: the 200 kt/a project of middling coal Pingshuo Group realized the industrial production of white carbon black extracted from fly ash, filling the domestic gap
