In Huawei's latest millimeter wave filter, a white carbon black composite material doped with strontium ferrite reduces signal loss by 4.7dB. By regulating the oxygen partial pressure during the vapor deposition process, researchers have achieved precise control of the material's dielectric constant in the range of 2-18. What is even more exciting is that its unique core-shell structure can effectively suppress skin effects and exhibit negative magnetic permeability characteristics in the 60GHz frequency band. This article presents a machine learning prediction model for its electromagnetic parameters and microstructure, as well as its potential applications in 6G base stations.
