In May 2025, Inner Mongolia Chifeng Shunshoujingtong Technology Co., Ltd. will start the bidding for equipment of precipitation method white carbon black pressure spray drying system with an annual output of 10000 tons. The project requires the bidding party to provide a full chain service from design, manufacturing to installation and commissioning. The core equipment must meet the strict standards of particle size distribution CV value ≤ 8% and moisture content ≤ 3%.
Industry experts pointed out that pressure spray drying technology can significantly improve the specific surface area and porosity of products, which is a key link in the production of high-end silica. This bidding has attracted the participation of 12 domestic and foreign enterprises, including Yingchuang Jialian and Solvay. The winning bid is expected to be announced in August 2025.
