May I ask if it is dispersed in liquid or used in other colloids? In liquid solvents, as white carbon black is an amorphous fluffy powder of inorganic silica with a very large specific surface area, it can be dispersed in anhydrous methanol and stirred thoroughly before pouring into cold water to prevent agglomeration and precipitation. If it has been modified hydrophilic, it can be directly added to water. Non polar solvents can also be used for lipophilic materials, and a small amount of hydrophilic dispersants such as NNO and 845 can be added to achieve better results. For other colloids such as thermoplastic polymers SBS, PVC, PP, etc., please use specialized dispersants in the corresponding plastic production process.
