Transparent silicone rubber usually means fumed silica — and fumed silica means cost. But when the requirement is transparency plus reinforcement, a well-selected precipitated grade can take over part of the duty.
IOTA FINE SIL 7360 is a superfine precipitated silica developed for high-transparent and reinforcing silicone rubber applications.
It is an ultrafine precipitated silicon dioxide made by a special processing technology, with excellent reinforcement and dispersion. Production practice shows it can fully or partly replace more expensive fumed silica, reducing production cost.

Stated performance in the rubber industry — especially silicone rubber:
1. Can 7360 fully replace fumed silica?
Full or partial replacement is a stated capability — the working ratio depends on your transparency and reinforcement targets and must be confirmed by trial.
2. Is it suitable only for silicone rubber?
The stated focus is silicone rubber reinforcement; other rubber uses may work but should be verified separately.
Conclusion: for transparent silicone rubber under cost pressure, FINE SIL 7360 is a credible precipitated candidate — start partial, measure, then expand the ratio.
