The bending resistance of the side compound of color tire has increased from 100000 times to more than 500000 times, and it is expected to realize the color of domestic automobile and motorcycle tires in the near future.


Adding silica to processable resin materials such as PVC, epoxy resin and vinyl resin can significantly improve product quality, facilitate processing and molding, improve production efficiency, increase varieties and expand application scope. The addition of white carbon black in PVC plastic film not only improves its transparency, strength, toughness, but also significantly improves its anti-aging performance. The hardness, roughness and anti-aging properties of plastic doors and windows produced by adding a small amount of white carbon black to ordinary plastic PVC are greatly improved. The main technical indexes (water absorption, insulation resistance, compression residual deformation, winding strength, etc.) of plastic polypropylene modified by white carbon black reach or exceed the performance indexes of engineering plastic nylon 6, which can realize the replacement of nylon 6 by polypropylene engineering plastic parts. The product cost is greatly reduced, and its economic benefits are very significant.
