From the perspective of market demand, in 2019, influenced by the increase in the number of high-frequency and high-speed copper clad laminates, high-end chip packaging materials and thermal interface materials, the sales volume of high-end products such as spherical silicon micro powder and spherical alumina of Lianrui new material in 2019 increased significantly compared with that in 2018.
From the perspective of business structure, "fused silica powder" is the main source of business income of Lianrui new materials. In 2019, the business income is 150 million, accounting for 46.3% of the total revenue, and the gross profit rate is 47.7%.
In terms of capacity expansion, at present, Lianrui new material has completed the construction of spherical powder production line in the silicon powder production base project, adding 7200 T / a spherical product capacity.
Silicon micro powder is a kind of non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free silica powder, which is made of crystalline quartz, fused quartz and other raw materials and processed by grinding, precision classification, impurity removal, high-temperature spheroidization and other processes.
