On April 24, Yichang City, Hubei Province, in April 2020, major projects were launched in Yidu. 22 key industrial projects, including precision casting high-temperature materials, fumed silica, semi reinforced carbon black and phosphogypsum comprehensive development and utilization, were launched.
Among them, the annual output of 200000 tons of precision casting high temperature materials project of Yidu Chuxiong kaolin Co., Ltd.: the project is located in yangheling village, Zhicheng Town, with a new land acquisition of 20 mu. Chuxiong kaolin company makes full use of rich local kaolin resources to meet the needs of precision casting industry, building waterproof industry and refractory industry for kaolin products, improve the structure of new products, and build high-temperature material production line.
With a total investment of 310 million yuan, the project will build a new production line with an annual output of 200000 tons of high-temperature materials for precision casting.
The project was started in April 2020. At present, the land acquisition is basically completed, land leveling and part of plant construction are in progress, and trial production is expected in November 2020. After the project is put into operation, the annual sales revenue can reach 300 million yuan and the annual tax revenue can reach 30 million yuan.
Yichang HuiFu silicon material Co., Ltd. gas phase white carbon black comprehensive development and utilization project: the project site is Yidu Xingfa Green Ecological Industrial Park, covering an area of 230 mu. In the project planning, sodium fluosilicate or fluosilicic acid is used to analyze silicon tetrafluoride, and gas phase silicon dioxide and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride are produced through high temperature hydrolysis. The technology of this project can fill the domestic blank. Fumed silica is the main raw material of high-end materials in construction, automobile, electronics, aerospace and other fields. Through the implementation of the project, the utilization value of fluorosilicic acid or sodium fluorosilicate, the by-product of phosphate fertilizer, will be improved, and the local economic development will be driven.
The total investment of the project is planned to be 70 million yuan, mainly for the construction of 20000 t / a gas phase silica, 200000 t / a hydrochloric acid analysis, 50000 T / a trichlorosilane and 20000 t / a silane coupling agent intermediate production line.
The project will be started in April 2020 with a planned investment of 100 million yuan in that year to complete the civil engineering and part of the plant construction. Commissioning is expected in May 2022. After the project is put into operation, the annual output value will be 130 million yuan, the tax revenue will be 70 million yuan, and 200 people will be employed.
Yidu yingdun new materials Co., Ltd. annual output of 80000 tons of semi reinforced carbon black project: the project site is Yidu new energy and new materials Industrial Park, covering an area of 37 mu. Yidu yingdun new materials Co., Ltd. introduced plastic transformation and regeneration technology to realize resource recycling.
The project plans to invest 326 million yuan to build a production line with an annual output of 80000 tons of semi reinforced carbon black.
The project will be started in March 2020, with a planned investment of 60 million yuan in that year, and the plant construction and decoration will be completed. The trial production is expected in March 2021. After the project is completed, the annual output value is 150 million yuan, the annual industrial and commercial tax is 11 million yuan, and 60 jobs are provided.
New environmental protection building materials project of Yichang xinyangfeng fertilizer Co., Ltd.: the project is located in Yidu chemical industry park, covering an area of 150 mu. Yichang xinyangfeng fertilizer Co., Ltd. comprehensively uses phosphogypsum resources in the chemical park to solve the ecological and environmental problems.
The total investment of the project is planned to be 60 million yuan, with the construction of 720000 T / a building gypsum powder production line, 620000 T / a cement retarder production line and 4 million M? / a modified gypsum partition board production line.
The project will be started in April 2020 with a planned investment of 200 million yuan in that year to complete the main plant construction and equipment ordering and installation. It is expected that the trial production will be completed in September 2021. After the project is put into operation, the annual output value will be 435.7 million yuan and the tax revenue will be 6.5 million yuan.
