  (1) Optimize production formula, choose easy-dispersing additives to replace the currently used additives, increase the application of dispersants, homogenizers and other processing additives, and improve the dispersion performance of various additives.
  (2) Mixing rubber is produced by a two-stage process using an internal mixer.   (3) The processes of plasticizing, one-stage mixing, two-stage mixing, and molding are strictly controlled for the parking time of semi-finished products. Allow the various additives to fully diffuse, improve the uniformity of the rubber compound, and at the same time help the recovery of stress and strain under mechanical action.
  (4) The rubber compound must be hot-melted uniformly, and the rubber compound can be mixed uniformly through operations such as cutting knife, falling plate, and rubber stamping. Adopt the operation method of hot-melt rubber supply and mold separation to improve the smoothness of the surface of the mold rubber.
  (5) Extruding rubber compound by extrusion process, no more air trapped on the surface of the rubber compound.
