If an aminoalkylsilane coupling agent is used, it is not necessary to add HOAc. But the alcohol solution treatment method is not suitable for chlorosilane type coupling agent, which will polymerize in the alcohol solution. When using a trifunctional silane coupling agent solution at a concentration of 2%, a coating with a thickness of 3-8 molecules is obtained.
