The experts of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation jointly completed the work of Yiweiyi Rubber Research Institute Co., Ltd., Soft Control Co., Ltd., Yikai New Materials Co., Ltd. and Sailong Jinyu Group Co., Ltd. in Beijing on August 1. The appraisal committee is chaired by the chairman of the Dalian University of Technology, Yan Xigao, and the deputy director is chaired by Xu Chunhua, vice chairman of the Chemical New Materials Committee of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association, and the former president of the China Rubber Industry Association, Qi Hongzhen, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Changchun Yinghua Institute, Beijing. Experts from the Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute, Tsinghua University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning Institute form a strong team.

This project was proposed by Dr. Wang Mengyu of Yiweiyi Rubber Research Institute to develop high-efficiency dispersing and agglomeration processes and devices, which significantly improved the dispersibility of white carbon black and the reinforcing effect of silica-rubber, and obtained rubber materials for high-performance tires. This material has been called "liquid gold" by the internationally renowned journal "International Tire Technology". At present, the relevant core technologies have been authorized to authorize 14 Chinese invention patents and 1 US invention patent, with independent intellectual property rights.

This material is used only as a tread rubber, and the original tire structure and pattern have not changed. According to the certification of IDIADA, the world's leading automotive testing and certification body, the anti-slip performance meets the EU labeling regulations A-level standard, rolling resistance. The index meets the EU labeling regulation B standard. Compared with the international first-line brand green tire produced by dry mixing, the prepared green tire has improved wet skid resistance by more than 10%, rolling resistance by more than 13%, and wear resistance. Increased by more than 30%, the comprehensive performance index of the tire has reached the highest quality level in the world. At the same time, the technology is the only one in the world that can simultaneously improve rolling resistance, wet skid resistance, wear resistance and all indicators. At the same time, through the project research and development of continuous liquid phase method for the preparation of rubber composite materials technology, can achieve more than 20% energy saving process, meet the urgent needs of high-performance tire materials in China's rubber tire industry, and has huge market potential.
