Leading enterprises take the lead in completing green upgrades, and greatly reduce pollutant discharge and energy consumption through technological transformations such as recycling water technology, comprehensive recovery of by-products, and waste heat utilization, which not only meets environmental compliance requirements, but also reduces costs and increases efficiency. The proportion of environmental protection compliance production capacity continues to increase, and the industry pattern is concentrated towards scale and cleanliness.

At the demand side, downstream brands and foreign trade buyers are paying more and more attention to product carbon footprint and environmental protection certification, and green production of silica is more favored in the fields of tires, photovoltaic glue, daily chemicals, and coatings, and the order priority is significantly higher than that of ordinary products. High-pollution, low-standard silica is gradually eliminated by the market, and prices continue to be under pressure.

Industry experts pointed out that in the future, the silica industry will no longer compete for production capacity, but for environmental protection strength and low-carbon technology. Whether clean production can be achieved and carbon emission reduction layout will directly determine the living space of enterprises, and green transformation has become the only way for silica enterprises to survive and develop.
