Precipitation method: As the most traditional preparation method, precipitation method generates precipitation by reacting sodium silicate with acid, and then obtains white carbon black through washing, drying, crushing and other steps. Gas phase method: The gas phase method uses silicon tetrachloride to react with hydrogen and oxygen at high temperatures to generate silicon dioxide gas, which then condenses into ultrafine particles during the cooling process. The white carbon black produced by this method has high purity, small particle size, and large specific surface area, and is widely used in high-end rubber, plastic, and electronic materials fields.


Sol gel method: the sol gel method forms a stable sol system by controlling the hydrolysis and polycondensation of silicon source, and then obtains white carbon black through gel, drying and calcination. This method can accurately control the pore structure and surface properties of the product, providing the possibility for preparing specific functional white carbon black.
