Comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of three silane production processes

Regardless of the method used to prepare the silane gas, there are currently three industrial processes for producing silane in the world, namely Komatsu, MEMC and UCC;
The first two processes have higher risks, more environmentally-friendly by-products, and higher production costs. Domestic enterprises have introduced their processes, but the current operation is not ideal;
The basic idea of trichlorosilane disproportionation process is hydrodechlorination, which is in line with large-scale chemical production, low cost and less environmental pollution. It is suitable for the expansion of polysilicon enterprise industry chain and the recycling of by-products, and the product chain of trichlorosilane plant. The expansion is the preferred path for China's polysilicon and trichlorosilane companies in the future.
