Silicon Treasure Technology announced that its shareholder Sichuan Development Leading Capital Management Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the company's shares, increased its holdings of 2880993 shares through centralized bidding trading through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system on June 20, 2024, accounting for 0.74% of the company's total share capital (hereinafter referred to as the "initial increase").
