The main characteristics of vulcanizates with white carbon black are: high tensile strength, large elongation, good elasticity and heat resistance. This product is applicable to natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Adding 5 to 10 phr of white carbon black to replace part of carbon black in the tread of natural/styrene butadiene rubber and natural/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber truck tires can improve the tear resistance of the compound and the thermal stability of the vulcanizate. In the use formula, it is better to add silane coupling agent (Si -- 69) at the same time.
