In order to popularize the knowledge of career planning of college students, spread the concept of career growth, and improve their innovation ability, practical ability and employment ability, our university decided to hold the 14th Nanjing University of technology career planning competition from April 2020

Participants
The non graduating students (the 2020 graduates of our university who are studying in graduate school can also apply for the competition, belonging to the postgraduate group) can apply for the competition.
Competition process
The competition is divided into graduate track, undergraduate track and innovation and entrepreneurship track. The competition includes four stages: start-up, school preliminary race, school re race and school final.
1. Each college organizes in-house trials, and each college undergraduate can recommend 3 excellent players, postgraduate can recommend 2, and each college of innovation and entrepreneurship track can recommend 1 player to participate, which will occupy the total recommended quota. Each contestant will only take part in the rematch of one track.
2. School preliminaries (June 20-30)
Before June 20, each college is requested to send the electronic version of the written work "career planning book" of the semi finalists to the email address of jiuye@njtech.edu.cn (format of email name and work file name: group + college + name + contact number; group is divided into undergraduate group, - 2-postgraduate group and innovation and entrepreneurship group), and the paper version is in triplicate to the office of the Secretariat of the competition committee.
3. School finals (June 30-september 14)
All colleges are requested to submit the written works of the finalists (including career planning book, career interview report, career experience report or business plan) before September 5. The three parts are bound into one book, and the works are in sextuplicate, which are required to be printed in black and white on ordinary A4 paper. The title page of the career planning document shall be filled in with the real name, gender, school, Department, class, contact number of the contestant and the name, Department (Department) and contact number of the instructor. "Career planning book" and "career person interview report" shall not contain any content involving the identity information of the contestant, if necessary, please replace it with "*" The final stage is a live competition, and video materials of the players will be recorded. The school finals include two parts: the review of the written report of career planning, career interview report, and career experience report (the career experience report of the innovation and entrepreneurship track players is changed to the entrepreneurship plan) and the on-site statement and Q & A.
4. The final will be held before September 14, 2020.
The top two students in the final of the graduate group, the top three students in the final of the undergraduate group and the first student in the final of the innovation and entrepreneurship group (will occupy the total number of places), will represent Nanjing University of technology to participate in the 15th college students' career planning competition of Jiangsu Province. The video recorded on site will be used as the entry materials for the final round of the 15th college students' career planning competition in Jiangsu Province.
Award settings
（1） Second round awards. The top ten students in the undergraduate group, graduate group and the top five students in the innovation and entrepreneurship group will be awarded the "career planning competition" award certificate and enter the school finals.
（2） Final awards. The finals are divided into annual champion, runner up and third place. The winners of undergraduate group, sub and third place, graduate group and innovation and entrepreneurship group (occupying the total number) will participate in the fifteenth college students' career planning competition in Jiangsu Province as the competitors of our school.
（3） There are 15 awards for the best organization and 10 awards for excellent instructors.
