1、 Enrollment plan
The number of students enrolled shall not exceed 5% of the total number of the first batch of undergraduate enrollment plans of our university in 2019 (proportion of Arts and Sciences is 1:4).
2、 Enrollment major
Candidates apply for the corresponding major according to the comprehensive consideration of the subject category of college entrance examination and their own subject specialty, innovation potential, interests and hobbies. According to the advantages and characteristics of the school's disciplines, as well as the requirements of the development of representative disciplines and personnel training, the specialty of "Jiangsu university brand professional construction project phase I" and other advantageous specialties are specially open to the examinees. 3、 Application conditions
Jiangsu ordinary high school graduates who have the qualification to participate in the unified enrollment examination of National Ordinary Colleges and universities in 2019, and candidates who meet one of the following four categories of conditions, choose one type to apply for the examination. The physical conditions of candidates shall comply with the relevant provisions of the guiding opinions on enrollment and physical examination of ordinary colleges and universities, and the sports and health level in the comprehensive quality evaluation shall be grade C or above.
1. Academic excellence. Students who meet the excellent student source standard of our school: it is required that four-star middle school students, who have three or more semesters of final scores in senior high school, rank in the top 20% of the students in the corresponding subjects of the grade (including); or those who have promoted quality education and cooperated with the talent cultivation of our school, who have three or more semesters of final scores in senior high school, rank in the corresponding grade The top 30% of the students in the subject category.
2. Subject specialty. Students who meet the talent training needs of our university's advantageous disciplines: they are required to win the third prize or above of provincial competition area in any discipline of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, informatics Olympic competition in senior high school.
3. Special talents. Students who meet the special talent training needs of our school: subject to the list of national competition activities for primary and secondary school students published by the Ministry of education in 2019, they are required to win the national third prize or above in science and technology innovation competition and discipline competition (except for Olympic competition) in senior high school; or those who have special talents in a discipline field reviewed and approved by our school (with detailed materials attached) Material description).
4. Excellent moral character. Students who meet the training needs of compound talents of our university: those who are required to obtain the honorary titles of excellent student cadres and three good students at the municipal level (divided into districts and cities) or above in senior high school; those who have outstanding performance in charity, voluntary service, ideological and moral aspects and won awards at the municipal level (divided into districts and cities) or above; or those who have outstanding deeds in other aspects (attached with detailed materials).
4、 Application method
From now on to April 20, candidates log in to the registration system of the sunshine college entrance examination platform of the Ministry of Education (http://bm.chsi.com.cn) and register according to the process. Please upload the electronic scanning copy or picture of the following application materials according to the prompts of the application system:
1. Download the printed "Nanjing University of technology 2019 comprehensive evaluation application form" from the application system, please upload it in the order of page number from small to large;
2. Both sides of the original ID card: the online upload path is "fill in the application - additional materials - ID card";
3. Personal statement: candidates write their own subject specialty and innovation potential by hand. The number of words is about 1000 words. The online upload path is "fill in the application - additional materials - personal statement".
According to Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance and Jiangsu Provincial Department of education notice on further clarifying the charging policies of colleges and universities in our province (sujiafei [2007] No. 423, sucaizong [2007] No. 92 and sujiaocai [2007] No. 89), the test fee standard is 60 yuan / student, and the payment method is online payment.
Note: all application materials that require the signature of the candidate must be signed by him / her. If he / she is entrusted to sign his / her name, it is deemed that he / she signs. Materials 1 and the copies of relevant supporting materials uploaded in the application system shall be signed by the person in charge of the middle school and stamped with the official seal of the middle school. All uploaded materials must be true, accurate, clear and complete. This year's registration is subject to online information and upload materials. Candidates do not need to send paper application forms and other materials, but they must bring the original paper application forms and other materials on the day of interview for verification.
5、 Selection procedure
（1） Qualification examination
After the registration deadline, the school will conduct qualification examination on the candidates' application materials (those with incomplete materials will not be examined), and convert the candidates' information into "candidates' condition score" (maximum 60 points). According to the ranking of high and low scores of liberal arts and Science in "candidates' condition scores", the school confirms the list of candidates for the interview, and the list of qualified candidates in the preliminary examination will be publicized before May 10.
（2） Confirmation test
Candidates who pass the preliminary examination must confirm their participation in the examination in the online registration system before May 25. Those who fail to confirm within the time limit will be deemed to have given up the examination.
（3） Print examination permit
Candidates who pass the preliminary examination and are confirmed to be successful can print the examination permit by themselves through the online registration system (the specific time will be notified separately), and the examination permit will take effect only after the middle school has stamped the seal on the picture.
（4） Interview
Candidates who pass the preliminary examination and confirm the examination will report to our school on June 16 with their ID card, examination permit and relevant supporting materials that meet the requirements of application, and attend the expert interview (see the examination permit for details). According to the interview of experts and the conditions of examinees, our school obtains the examinee's "school test score", which is calculated as follows:
School test score = expert interview score (Full Score: 140 points) + candidate condition score (maximum score: 60 points)
（5） Qualified publicity
According to the ranking of "school examination score", the qualified candidates will be determined by three times of the comprehensive evaluation enrollment plan of Arts and Sciences, and the selected qualified candidates will be publicized on the website of Provincial Education Examination Institute and the undergraduate enrollment network of our university. Only those candidates who have no objection can enjoy the relevant preferential registration policy. Qualified candidates are divided into the following two categories:
Class A: candidates who are specially excellent in the evaluation of the University, or those who have won the second prize or above in the National Olympic (Mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, Informatics) competition for middle school students, shall have at least 10 points below the minimum control score line of the first batch of provincial admission for their undergraduate courses.
Class B: candidates who pass the examination of the University, and whose scores in the college entrance examination at least reach the lowest control score line of the first batch of provincial admission for the undergraduate course of the subject.
Our school will reasonably determine the proportion of the above two types of candidates according to the actual test results.
（6） Voluntary filling
After the interview and assessment of our university, the qualified candidates must log in to the college entrance examination system (http://www.jseea.cn or http://gkzy.jseea.cn) with the dynamic password card at the specified time of filling in the college entrance examination, and fill in the column of "independent enrollment, college special plan, comprehensive evaluation and admission". 6、 Excellent recording method
The academic level test grade requirements of the candidates proofread by us are: the test scores of elective subjects reach BB or above, and the test scores of compulsory subjects must reach qualified (or C or above). When enrolling, according to the public rating of the qualified candidates, the candidates on file shall be ranked from high to low according to the "comprehensive score", and they shall be selected for admission according to the enrollment plan, arts and science, until they have completed the specified plan. The calculation method of comprehensive score is as follows:
Comprehensive score = college entrance examination score × 50% + school entrance examination score × 50%
Note: college entrance examination score = college entrance examination score + additional score of elective subject level. If the physical (History) level of the elective subject reaches a + or a, 3 points and 2 points will be added respectively; if the other elective subject reaches a + or a, 2 points and 1 point will be added respectively.
