Changshu Institute of technology's public counselor recruitment notice in 2020
In order to better select excellent talents, enrich the counselor team of Changshu Institute of technology, and optimize the personnel structure, Changshu Institute of technology, a public institution affiliated to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education (fully funded public institution, located in Changshu, Suzhou), has decided to recruit 15 counselors to the public. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1、 Application conditions
1. Have the nationality of the people's Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China.
2. abide by the law and discipline, have good conduct, unite the comrades and be honest and upright.
3. Physical and mental health.
4. Meet the qualification requirements for the post, see Changshu Institute of technology 2020 open recruitment counselor position table (Annex 1). Because counselors need to stay in male or female dormitories, 10 male counselors and 5 female counselors will be recruited for this job.
5. The corresponding graduate degree and degree shall be obtained before July 30, 2020. The time limit for the academic degree of overseas returnees to be certified by the Ministry of education is before August 30, 2020.

(1) Time and method of application
The applicant will directly send the relevant materials to the application email: rczp@cslg.edu.cn. Please fill in the email name according to the standard format: name (application counselor) + university talent network.
1. Registration time: March 26, 2020 - April 26, 2020 16:00.
2. Deadline for preliminary qualification: 16:00, April 28, 2020.
(2) Notes for registration
1. The following materials shall be provided for application:
(1) Changshu Institute of technology open recruitment staff application form (Annex 2) and Changshu Institute of technology open recruitment staff personal information collection form (Annex 3). The top right corner of the application form (electronic materials) is pasted with my recent two inch certificate photo (electronic materials) on the front of the bareheaded. If no photo is provided, the application will be invalid.
(2) Upload the scanning copy of relevant materials in the format of Annex 4:
① ID card;
② Party member certificate issued by the place where the party organization relationship is located;
③ Student cadre Certificate (see Annex 4 for specific requirements);
④ The employment recommendation form of graduates or the certificate of current study issued by the school (provided by current graduates);
⑤ Scanned copies of bachelor's degree and postgraduate's degree certificates (provided by non graduates);
⑥ Certificate of academic degree or certificate of being read issued by the service center for studying abroad of the Ministry of Education (provided by returned students);
⑦ One electronic photo of personal life, with the pixel no less than 1024 * 768.
Please put all the above supporting materials in Annex 4, and the size of a single picture shall not exceed 2m. Once the materials submitted by the candidates are verified, the qualification for examination and employment will be cancelled.
2. The opening proportion of recruitment position is set as 1:3. If the opening proportion is not reached, the recruitment position will be reduced or cancelled.
3. Candidates should use the second generation of resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the registration must be consistent with the ID card used in the examination room.
4. Applicants are not allowed to apply under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Soldiers in active service and college students are not fresh graduates.
(2) Those who have not yet been relieved of disciplinary punishment or are undergoing disciplinary examination, or whose time limit for criminal punishment has not expired, or whose suspected illegal crime is under investigation, have other records of bad behavior during their schooling.
(3) If the applicant has the relationship of husband and wife, lineal kinship, collateral kinship within three generations or close kinship with the department head of the applied position, and the applicant has the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, and has the relationship of direct superior and subordinate leadership after arriving at the post.
(4) Personnel who are not allowed to apply for relevant posts in public institutions according to other regulations of the state and the province.
3、 Assessment procedure
(1) Before the assessment, the relevant departments of the university will review the qualifications of the candidates, and the list of the qualified candidates will be published on the recruitment website of Changshu Institute of Technology (http://zp.cslg.edu.cn). The school will carry out qualification reexamination and examination when coming to the school to participate in the examination. The applicant is requested to provide the original of the materials provided at the time of application. Those who fail the qualification reexamination will be disqualified from the examination.
(2) Assessment method: written examination and interview.
1. The content of the written test is based on the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability required by the recruitment position, and no guidance book is specified. The total score of this part is 100 points, and the qualification line is 60 points. If the score is lower than 60 points, you will not enter the interview. Among those who pass the written examination, according to the order from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of men and women recruited (10 boys and 5 girls). If the ratio is not reached, the follow-up assessment of the recruitment position will be reduced or cancelled.
2. The interview mainly tests the oral ability, professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality required for the performance of post duties. The interview method shall be reported to the candidates on site. The total score of interview is 100, and the qualification line is 70.
3. Total score = written score × 40% + interview score × 60%.
4. The assessment results and ranking of each stage (link) will be published on the recruitment website of Changshu Institute of Technology (http://zp.cslg.edu.cn).
Four. Physical examination
After the assessment, the list of candidates to be employed shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of candidates to be recruited for the recruitment post according to the final score of candidates, and the list of personnel to be supplemented at one time shall be determined by the school through research. In case of the same score of the last person, the higher score of interview shall prevail. The personnel to be employed shall undergo physical examination in accordance with the general standard for physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation).
5、 Investigation and employment
(1) For the qualified physical examination personnel, the school shall organize the investigation, and the political examination and psychological test shall be taken as the important basis for the investigation. According to the investigation results, the list of the personnel to be employed shall be determined. When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to physical examination, unqualified inspection, active abandonment of employment qualification and other reasons, the recruitment unit shall study and decide whether to arrange personnel to fill up. If it is necessary to fill up, each position shall be carried out from high score to low score according to the examination results.
(2) The list of personnel to be employed and the list of personnel to be supplemented at one time will be published on the recruitment website of Changshu Institute of technology for 7 working days. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, post name, name of the personnel to be employed, current work or study unit, various scores, total scores, ranking, etc. of recruitment examination.
(3) If there is no objection after the announcement, the school shall handle the relevant employment procedures for the personnel and sign the employment contract with them. The personnel to be employed in this open recruitment shall go through the registration formalities before August 31, 2020, and those who fail to register within the time limit shall be disqualified. The employing personnel shall have a six-month probation period. Those who fail to pass the examination upon the expiration of the probation period shall be disqualified from employment and the employment relationship shall be terminated.
(4) Treatment: equal pay (including accumulation fund) for equal work with the employees.

According to the 2020 entry plan of Nanjing University of technology, full-time counselors are now recruited to the public. The specific recruitment items are as follows:
1、 Recruitment plan
There are 21 full-time counselors, including 12 male dormitory counselors, 8 female dormitory counselors, and 1 overseas student dormitory counselor.
2、 Application conditions
1. Have the nationality of the people's Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China, have high political quality and firm ideals and beliefs.
2. Love higher education, have a strong sense of organizational discipline and responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work; conduct is correct, honest and self-discipline, physical and mental health.
3. Members of the Communist Party of China (including preparatory members).
4. Full time master's degree or above shall be obtained before July 31, 2020, with unlimited majors; master's degree under 30 years old (born on July 1, 1990 and later), doctoral degree or party and government management experience in university can be relaxed to below 32 years old (born on July 1, 1988 and later).
5. At the undergraduate or postgraduate stage, there are major student cadres who have worked for one academic year or more (major student cadres include: squad leader, Secretary of the League branch, Secretary of the Party branch and college level Youth League Committee, student union, graduate student union, chief minister of the social Federation and above student cadres, who must have the certificate of the Party committee of the college; College Youth League Committee, student union, graduate student union, Vice Minister of the social Federation and above student cadres The head of the school level Association (Association) shall have the certificate of the school Youth League Committee).

3、 Registration and preliminary examination
(1) Time and method of application

3. The application fee for this open recruitment is 100 yuan, which must be paid online.
(2) Notes on application and preliminary examination
1. Fill in the personal information truthfully when applying, and upload the scanned copies of relevant supporting materials such as academic certificate, degree certificate, honor certificate, published thesis, etc. Any falsifier will be disqualified as soon as it is verified.
2. After the applicant completes the application, the school will conduct preliminary examination according to the post requirements.
3. The candidates who pass the preliminary examination will participate in the examination organized by the University. The specific examination arrangement and the list of candidates who pass the preliminary examination will be published on the website of Human Resources Department of Nanjing University of technology before April 30, 2020.
