(3) Performance difference ① Fumed white carbon black Advantages: good reinforcement, high tensile strength and tear strength, good abrasion resistance, hardening faster than precipitation method silica, and good transparency. Disadvantages: Compared with precipitation method silica, it is easier to fly, heat is serious, the price is high, and the processability is poor (slow powder consumption, poor fluidity). ②Silica by precipitation method Advantages: Compared with fumed silica, the price is cheaper and the processability is better than that of fumed silica. It is not as serious as fumed silica. The compression set is slightly better than fumed silica, and the heat generation is higher than that of fumed silica. Black is slightly lower. Disadvantages: Reinforcing properties are worse than vapor-phase silica, and transparency is poor.
