Answer: If the exported product contains SVHC less than 0.1% wt / wt, the exporter is responsible for communicating the following points:
· Downstream life cycle stages of products to final disposal (transport, storage, use)
Potential pathways exposed during each life cycle stage
· SVHC harm to human health and the environment
· At each stage of the life cycle, the type of exposure control and human protection measures that may be appropriate in order to use the product safely.

Answer: Companies exporting final / finished products to Europe are obliged to perform REACH compliance.

Question 9. How does a product exporter purchase product parts from different suppliers to comply with the requirements of REACH?
Answer: Because exporters are obliged to comply with REACH, it is important to communicate with accessories and decoration suppliers in the supply chain to ensure that they get a written statement that the product does not contain SVHC.
