The accelerator can improve the activation performance, so that the blooming problem of the accelerator can be effectively controlled, so as not to affect the physical properties and stability of the product.
Improving productivity cannot be considered entirely by reducing the curing time. Generally, manufacturers are considering the increase of the number of operating molds by the operator. Blindly increasing the accelerator and increasing the temperature to increase production has the following hazards:
1. Physical effects
2. Possibility of spraying;
3. The rubber is easy to sulphur;
4. The rubber compound has large viscosity, poor vulcanization performance, and difficult to operate.
