But it's hard to control. For every 10 degree increase in theory, the curing time is shortened by about half. It is a common method to increase or decrease the accelerator to adjust the fluidization rate. It must be adjusted after the temperature and time are set.

Adjusting the accelerator is special, because the solubility of the accelerator and sulfur in the rubber is very small, when it exceeds its solubility, it will run out, and frost phenomenon will occur. And physical properties also need to change a lot.

Practice has proved that the amount of general product accelerator should be as small as possible. Accelerators should not be added or removed in proportion, they should be added or subtracted appropriately.
