The curing time is set according to the thickness of the product and the operating requirements. Because the thermal conductivity of rubber is very poor. The thicker the product, the longer the curing time. The setting of curing time should consider filtering different products and setting different curing time. Too long fluidization time for thin products is a problem for productivity and energy.
Waste of source. The vulcanization time of thick products is too short, and the unfamiliarity of outer coke seriously affects the quality.
