In order to implement the environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China, protect the ecological environment, protect human health, improve the level of ecological environment management, and standardize the monitoring work of ecological environment, the Ministry of ecological environment recently issued the national environmental protection standard of "wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of inorganic elements in solid waste (Draft for comments)". It is the first time to issue a wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method for the determination of 16 inorganic elements and 7 oxides in solid wastes such as sludge, polluted soil, fly ash, tailings and smelting slag. 16 inorganic elements and 7 oxides include as, Ba, Cl, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni, P, Pb, s, Sr, Ti, V, Zn, Zr, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, and O2 Potassium (K2O), sodium oxide (Na2O), calcium oxide (CAO), magnesium oxide (MgO). This standard can be used to prepare solid waste samples by the method of molten glass flake or powder pressing. The method of molten glass flake is applicable to the preparation of solid waste samples such as sludge, polluted soil, fly ash, tailings waste rock and smelting slag, while the method of powder pressing flake is only applicable to the preparation of solid waste samples such as sludge, polluted soil and fly ash. The detection limit of 16 inorganic elements in solid waste is 5mg / kg ~ 70mg / kg and the detection limit is 20mg / kg ~ 280mg / kg. The detection limit of 7 oxides is 0.01% ~ 0.03% and the detection limit is 0.04% ~ 0.012%. The detection limit of 16 inorganic elements in solid waste is 2mg / kg ~ 30mg / kg and the detection limit is 8mg / kg ~ 120mg / kg. The detection limit of 7 oxides is 0.04% ~ 0.012% It is 0.01% ~ 0.03%, and the lower limit is 0.04% ~ 0.012%. See the following table for details:
