(1) The written test mainly tests the professional knowledge, administrative ability and operation level related to the position of the candidate. After the written examination, according to the number of people to be employed and the order of written examination score from high to low above the qualification line, the interviewers shall be determined within the range of 1:3. (2) The interview shall be conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by Nanjing University of technology. 2. Examination procedure (1) the specific time, place and personnel list of all examinations will be published on the website of Human Resources Department of Nanjing University of technology. The applicant shall take his ID card to take the examination at the prescribed time and place, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up automatically. (2) After the issuance of the examination notice, those who pass the preliminary examination shall log in to the talent recruitment system of Nanjing University of technology to download and print the application form of full-time counselors (the second batch) for public recruitment in 2020 of Nanjing University of technology, and the application form shall be pasted with a one inch color certificate photo and signed in person at the personal commitment office below. (3) The applicant shall take the written examination with the application form for public recruitment of full-time counselors (the second batch) of Nanjing University of technology in 2020 and the original ID card. The application and the ID card used in the examination must be the same. (4) Before the interview, the candidate shall provide the original materials corresponding to the information filled in the application form, and the relevant departments shall review the qualification conditions of the candidates. All fraudsters, once verified, will be disqualified from the interview, and the interviewers will be supplemented from the high score to the low score in the written examination. The details are as follows: ① original and copy of ID card; ② original and copy of undergraduate and postgraduate education background and degree certificate. The fresh graduates shall provide the original and copy of the recommendation form for two-way employment selection of graduates uniformly printed by the Provincial Education Department issued by their colleges and universities, and the overseas returnees shall provide the original and copy of the certificate for foreign academic degree issued by the service center for study abroad of the Ministry of education; ③ publish the original and copy of the thesis publicly as the first author (including the journal cover and catalogue); ④ The originals and copies of relevant certificates with experience in party and government management in Colleges and Universities: ⑤ the originals and copies of work experience certificates of major student cadres; ⑥ the originals and copies of certificates of CPC members (including preparatory members of CPC); ⑦ the originals and copies of other certificates that can prove their own advantages and specialties (limited to five items). (5) After the interview, the mental health test (as an investigation item, not included in the interview results) will be carried out, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. (6) The total score is determined as follows: final total score = written test score × 30% + interview score × 70%, and pass the mental health test. 5、 After the employment examination, the final score of the candidates shall be determined according to the calculation method specified in the announcement, and the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of 1:1 recruitment number (the specific list will be published in the human resources department). The standard of physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the general standard of physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation). In case of any vacancy due to disqualification of physical examination, the replacement personnel shall take part in physical examination one time. The Organization Department of the Party committee, the Department of human resources and the Department of education and work of the Party committee shall organize the inspection of the qualified personnel, and finally determine the list of the personnel to be employed according to the results of the examination, physical examination and inspection. The list of personnel to be employed will be publicized on the website of Jiangsu human resources public service network and the Ministry of human resources of Nanjing University of technology for 7 working days. For those who have no objection to the publicity, the employer shall go through the relevant employment procedures for them and sign an employment contract with them. The personnel employed this time are all in the form of personnel agency outside the establishment. The employing personnel shall have a six-month probation period.
