Wang Jianpu, professor and doctoral supervisor of Advanced Materials Research Institute of Nanjing University of technology, received his doctoral degree from Cavendish Laboratory of Cambridge University in 2009. Several important problems in organic electronic devices have been studied in the top organic optoelectronic Laboratory of industry and academia. On the basis of understanding the relationship between device life and light intensity, the problem of OLED display panel life is solved by pixel design; through the study of magnetic field effect and device physics, the control method of exciton spin statistics in organic semiconductors is found and the efficiency loss channel of photovoltaic devices is revealed; through the innovation of device structure and preparation process, low cost and low power are realized Consumable organic memory devices. In recent years, more than 20 SCI papers including nature, applied physics letters, etc. have been published in this field, including 10 first (or corresponding) authors, including 1 nature communications. It has been granted 6 U.S. patents and 1 patent application right to the industry. The US patent for invention (us7443093, the first inventor) has increased the life of OLED display panel by at least one time, solved a bottleneck problem of its going to the market, and has been widely used in the market.
