Many people may say: Since the efficacy of the drug is low, why should we increase the number of sprays or increase the concentration of the spray, but blindly increasing the number of sprays or increasing the concentration of the spray can easily cause drug damage. So how can we effectively increase the control effect on the premise of reducing the number of spraying times and reducing the spraying concentration (so that no fertilizer damage will occur, and it is not easy to cause pesticide residues)? "Organosilicon" is the most widely used synergistic pesticide adjuvant (surfactant) in current agricultural production. It can be used together with pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, regulators, and foliar fertilizers. Improve the spraying effect of pesticides or foliar fertilizers.

The function characteristics of silicone mainly include the following 5 points:
1. It can enhance the ductility of the liquid
The so-called ductility is "expansibility". After the pesticide or foliar fertilizer without silicone is sprayed on the leaves of the plant, many small water droplets will appear on the leaves; while the pesticide or foliar fertilizer with "organic silicon" is sprayed on the On the leaves, the small water droplets are obviously not visible, and the liquid medicine can achieve the maximum coverage and adhesion effect, which can significantly improve the efficacy of the medicine. Due to the improved ductility of the medicinal solution, the sprayed medicinal solution will also spread to the back of the leaf or the crevice of the fruit tree, the absorption effect of the medicinal effect, the insecticidal and bactericidal effect will be significantly improved, and the control will be more thorough. To prevent phytotoxicity, farmers need to use scientific medicine: understand the nature of the medicine, and use the medicine according to the guidance of the agricultural technical instructor; when mixing pesticides, it is best not to exceed three varieties; most of the pesticides should be diluted twice before applying the medicine ; It is best to use it now and so on.

2. It can improve the ability of the liquid to resist rain
Foliar fertilizers or pesticides added with silicone can improve the adhesion of the liquid to the solid surface, so that the pesticide is more resistant to rainwater washing or wind blowing, and can significantly improve the persistence of the liquid.
Under normal circumstances, if it rains within 3 hours after spraying the pesticide, it needs to be sprayed again. 3. It can enhance the permeability of liquid medicine
Silicone can enhance the permeability of the liquid medicine. For example, when spraying foliar fertilizer, the absorption rate and utilization rate of foliar fertilizer by plants will increase, which will help to improve fertilizer efficiency; when spraying herbicides, herbicides will quickly Absorbed by weeds, it can improve the killing effect of weeds. For example, some pests will cover the surface of the plant layer by layer (such as aphids), and it is difficult to kill the internal pests by spraying chemical agents, and the penetration of pesticides added with silicone will increase, which can significantly improve pesticides against pests. Some germs are very good at hiding, and it is difficult for chemical agents to completely remove them. Adding silicone to the fungicide can effectively kill the colony.

4, It can reduce the use of pesticides
Since silicone can enhance the efficacy, we can reduce the number of foliar fertilizers or pesticides and the spray concentration. Compared with the liquid without silicone, the same volume of spray can be 30% less foliar fertilizer or pesticide dosage.
At the same time, since silicone can increase the duration of the medicinal solution, we can reduce the number of sprays of the medicinal solution or increase the interval between the medicinal sprays. For example, under normal circumstances, pesticides are sprayed every 7 to 10 days. After adding silicone, we can increase the spraying interval while reducing the dosage, and it can be changed to spray every 10 to 15 days.

This is not difficult to understand, because silicone can improve the ductility and permeability of the liquid, so the effect will be faster after the liquid is sprayed. When adding organic silicon when spraying trace element fertilizers, the trace elements will be quickly absorbed by the plants, which can prevent nutrient deficiency; when the plants are diseased, adding organic silicon to the pesticides can make the pesticides quickly absorbed by the bacteria and prevent diseases. faster.

How to add silicone in foliar fertilizers or pesticides?
Organosilicon has different specifications and can be directly added to the formulation of pesticide formulations or used as a tank-mixing adjuvant.
The dosage is between 0.02 and 0.04% when used as a current mixture (ie, add 3 to 6 grams of IOTA-2000 penetrant to a 15 kg sprayer). In the formulation of pesticide formulations, the dosage is between 0.5% and 5%.

Reminder: Whether it is foliar fertilizer or pesticide, we have to use it after "second dilution". The liquid without secondary dilution is prone to uneven stirring, and the chemical or foliar fertilizer is not fully dispersed, which will lead to uneven concentration.
