Alkaline silica is a modified silica whose surface is alkaline (pH=6.9~10.5). It has the following characteristics: low reinforcement and dispersibility, excellent processability; high dynamic modulus, low stiffness, high elasticity, low compression water long-term deformation, low heat generation; due to the introduction of Al2O, and Na2O , It is alkaline, has fast vulcanization and good thermal conductivity; excellent dynamic performance, dynamic tear resistance, good flexibility resistance: in NBR/HNBR, good dispersion, improve its heat resistance. Especially used in fluororubber and acrylate, as an alkaline reinforcing filler, the reinforcing and comprehensive performance is better than other alkaline fillers.
