An example of a simple formula with the main glue:
NR / IR 20-30 internationally uses Malaysian standard rubber. Most domestic use 3L standard glue.
If making light-colored products, IR glue can be used.
SBR / SSBR 10-20 is generally used for 1502. For polystyrene butadiene, 1205 or 1430 is used.
BR 60-70 generally uses 9000. BR0150 is used for foreign investment.
Advantages of matching with this system:
1. Taking into account the pulling force, tearing force, elasticity and abrasion. All kinds of glue have their own characteristics, we can combine them to learn from each other.
2. Taking BR glue as the main body, the amount of fillers and oils can be much higher, which can reduce the cost and the physical properties are not significantly reduced.
3. The abrasion of the BR rubber is very good, which greatly helps the improvement of wear resistance.
4. The formula based on butadiene rubber is about 1/3 less than that based on styrene butadiene rubber. It can reduce costs and reduce abnormalities such as frosting caused by the excessive use of accelerators.
5. Butadiene rubber has the best elasticity in general rubber, and the sole made of it is not easy to deform.
Butadiene rubber-based formula also involves another problem, that is, it slips when it is abrasion resistant, especially the BR rubber will produce wet slip. At this time, it is necessary to mix another styrene-butadiene, polystyrene-butadiene rubber. This rubber has very good sliding resistance.
