1. Some experts have invented a paste-like double 2,5 vulcanizing agent that resists yellowing. Because of the addition of high hydrogen-containing silicone oil, the anti-yellowing effect of the vulcanizing agent is greatly enhanced, the appearance of the silicone product is more transparent, and the vulcanizing agent splash is prevented during processing, which reduces the potential safety hazard.

2. Some experts added organic surfactants to control the size of the secondary particles during the treatment of white carbon black. The products were treated with a compound anti-yellowing agent and used in silicone rubber products, which has a good anti-yellowing effect. 3. In terms of process, when silicone rubber products are molded, the main problem is that the color turns yellow after molding: the mold temperature is too high or the vulcanization time is too long.
