Why are there particles in the sealant?

Hits: 305 img

If there are large particles or large rubber in the sealant, it is a control problem in the production process, which can be solved by strengthening management and strengthening control.

If there are small particles in the sealant, they need to be treated differently. There are two main cases:

The first is powder particles, because reinforcing fillers need to be added to all glues. The most commonly used are calcium carbonate and white carbon, which are solid materials, and solid and liquid are mixed. Because the solid particles are small, the surface energy can be easily formed. Aggregates, making it difficult to completely disperse in the liquid, forming some small particles. The basis for judging the particles of powder is to pick out the small particles in the gel, and then check whether they are still after crushing by hand. If they are not, it means that they are powder particles. Although small particles can be seen during sizing in actual use, but The glue itself is leveling, the surface can be slowly leveled and covered with some small particles, and it is a close-up observation when the glue is applied. If you look a little far away (about one foot away) after construction, many particles are difficult to find.

When the granules are crushed by hand, they are crusted or small. It is necessary to avoid them in production, but there is also a probability problem.
