Surface oily cleaning is not thorough

Traditional organic solvent degreasing

     Features: Both saponified grease and non-grease can dissolve and generally do not corrode parts. Degreasing is fast, but not complete. Chemical or electrochemical methods are required to supplement degreasing. Traditional solvent-based cleaning agents (gasoline, kerosene, trichloroethylene, etc.) are flammable. At present, they have gradually shifted to environmentally friendly, low-polluting, high-flashpoint hydrocarbon cleaning agents.
     Scope of application: It can be used for preliminary degreasing of small parts with complex shapes (joints, blind holes), non-ferrous metal parts, parts with severe oil pollution, and parts that are easily corroded by alkaline solutions.

Chemical degreasing

       Features: simple method, simple equipment, low cost, but long degreasing time.
       Scope of application: degreasing of general parts.

Electrochemical degreasing

       Features: High degreasing efficiency, which can remove mechanical impurities such as floating ash and wet residue on the surface of parts, but the cathode electrolytic degreasing parts are easy to penetrate hydrogen, the oil in the deep holes is removed slowly, and a DC power supply is required.
       Scope of application: degreasing or removing wet residues of general parts.

Wipe skim

       Features: Flexible and convenient operation, not limited by parts, but high labor intensity and low efficiency.
       Scope of application: large and medium-sized parts or parts that should not be degreased by other methods.

Roller degreasing

       Features: high efficiency, good quality, but not suitable for large parts and easily deformed parts.
       Scope of application: small parts with low accuracy.

Ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing

       Features:
       1. This product is non-toxic, non-irritating, odorless, APEO-free, non-flammable and explosive, environmentally friendly, and fully biodegradable.
       2. Excellent acid and alkali resistance (above 30% NaOH)
       3. It is suitable for the preparation of acidic, neutral and alkaline cleaning agents with strong compatibility.
       4. Good water solubility, low foam cleaning throughout.
       Scope of application: Degreasing of special parts with complex shapes, the use of water-based ultrasonic cleaner is more effective.


High pressure spray degreasing

       Features: little corrosion to the substrate, high degreasing efficiency, and good purification effect. The corners, fine holes, blind holes of the complicated parts, and the inner wall of the cavity can be degreased.
       Scope of application: high pressure spray cleaning of metal parts, plastics and hard surfaces.
