Preparation method and influencing factors of emulsifier

Hits: 390 img

There are four preparation methods of emulsifiers, namely dry glue method, wet glue method, oil phase water phase mixing method, and mechanical method.

Dry glue method, that is, the water phase is added to the oil phase containing emulsifier. When preparing, the rubber powder (emulsifier) is mixed with the oil uniformly, a certain amount of water is added, and it is ground and emulsified into colostrum, and then diluted with water to the full amount.

The wet glue method, that is, the oil phase is added to the water phase containing the emulsifier. When preparing, the gum (emulsifier) is first dissolved in water to make a slurry as the water phase, and then the oil phase is added to the water phase in stages. Grind into colostrum and add water to full volume.

The oil phase and water phase are mixed and added to the emulsifier, and a certain amount of oil, water and mixed are mixed.

Gum arabic gum into a mortar, grind it into the colostrum, add oil-water mixture to it, and dilute with water.

The emulsifier is mainly prepared by emulsifying two liquids, and the emulsification quality has a great influence on the quality of the emulsion. Factors affecting emulsification are interfacial tension, viscosity and temperature, emulsification time, and the amount of emulsifier. Generally, an emulsifier that can significantly reduce the interfacial tension is selected. The most suitable emulsifying temperature of the emulsifier is about 70 ° C. If a non-ionic surfactant is used as the emulsifier, the emulsifying temperature should not exceed its pill point; The more stable the emulsion formed.
