1.
Methyl silicone rubber
Dimethyl silicone rubber is one of the earliest silicone rubber to be commercialized. It can keep good elasticity in the range of - 60 - 200 C. It has good aging resistance, excellent electrical insulation, moisture-proof, shock-proof and physiological inertia.

2.
Methyl vinyl silicone rubber
Because the vulcanization processing properties of silicone rubber can be greatly improved by introducing a small amount of vinyl into the macromolecular structure of silicone rubber, most of the silicone rubber currently used contain vinyl. Methyl vinyl silicone rubber is one of the most common silicone rubber, and currently plays a leading role in the production of silicone rubber at home and abroad. Due to the introduction of partially unsaturated vinyl group into the side chain, the processability and physical and mechanical properties of the silicone rubber are superior to those of the two silicone rubber.

3.
Methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber
Methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber (MPVSIR) is a product of introducing methyl phenyl silica or diphenyl silica into the molecular chain of MPVSIR.

Methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber is one of the most important materials in aerospace industry, advanced technology and other sectors of national economy. It can be used to make various moulding and extrusion products for cold-resistant rubber in aerospace industry and sealing rings, gaskets, pipes and bars for ablation, heat aging or radiation resistant parts.

4.
Fluorosilicone rubber
Fluorosilicone rubber refers to gamma-trifluoropropyl methyl polysiloxane. Fluorosilicone rubber has excellent chemical resistance, solvent resistance and lubricant resistance. It has low expansion rate in non-polar solvents, good cold resistance and thermal stability, and good fire resistance. Therefore, it is used in aircraft, rockets, missiles, space flight, petrochemical industry to contact rubber tubes, gaskets and lubricants. Sealing rings, fuel tanks, villages, etc. can also be used to manufacture corrosion-resistant clothing, gloves, coatings, adhesives, etc.

5.
Nitrile Silicone Rubber
Because polymer molecular side chains contain strong polar groups of beta-nitrile ethyl or gamma-nitrile propyl, the intermolecular force is greatly increased, and the oil and solvent resistance is improved. At the same time, due to the introduction of a certain amount of nitrile alkyl, the regularity of polymer structure is destroyed, and the cold resistance is greatly improved.

The main advantages of nitrile silicone rubber are excellent oil resistance and bath resistance, which can keep elasticity in the range of - 60-180 C. Therefore, it can be used in aviation industry, automobile industry and petroleum industry. It can also be used as environmental sealant and fuel tank sealant for high performance aircraft. It may be above - 54 C to 200 C. Keep it sealed. Nitrile silicone rubber can be processed by common equipment.

6.
Phenylene silicone rubber
The main characteristics of styrene-supported silicone rubber are excellent radiation resistance. Its radiation resistance is 10-15 times that of general methyl vinyl silicone rubber and 5-10 times that of high phenyl silicone rubber. Therefore, it can be used in aerospace industry, atomic energy industry and nuclear reactor as high-energy radiation-resistant cables, sheaths, gaskets and heat harvesting. Shrinkage, etc.

7.
Ethyl silicone rubber
Diethyl silicone rubber prepared by introducing ethyl group into the side chain of polysiloxane has excellent cold resistance, which is superior to dimethyl silicone rubber and general methyl vinyl silicone rubber. The higher the ethyl content, the better the cold resistance. However, the reactivity of ethyl group is higher than that of methyl group, so the heat resistance decreases with the increase of ethyl content. As the ethyl silicone rubber used at low temperature, it is advisable to contain 8 g% of diethyl silicone oxide chain in the polymer. Usually, the service temperature of ethyl silicone rubber is - 70 - 200 C.

8.
Silicon Nitrogen Rubber
The main advantage of silicone nitride rubber is its excellent thermal stability. It does not decompose at 430 - 480 C, and some even can withstand high temperatures above 500 C. The outstanding weakness of silicone nitride rubber is its poor hydrolysis stability, which was once considered to have no future. Later, it was found that the polymer with CYCLODISILAZANE in the main chain had good thermal stability. The elastomer containing CYCLODISILAZANE modified by silica aromatics has good hydrolytic stability and no weight loss when heated to 425 and only 10% when heated to 570 C.
