The naming system takes into account the vulcanization speed and structure of carbon black rubber and other factors. The first letter represents the English letter representing the vulcanization speed of the rubber compound. N stands for normal vulcanization speed, and S stands for slow vulcanization speed. The first three letters of the last three letters represent the carbon black nitrogen surface area range. The second and third numbers reflect different degrees of structure.
