In order to popularize the knowledge of career planning of college students in an all-round way, spread the idea of career growth, and improve their innovation ability, practical ability and employment ability, our university has decided to hold the 14th Nanjing University of technology career planning competition (hereinafter referred to as the "competition") since April 2020, and now the relevant matters are notified as follows:

Organizational leadership
This competition is sponsored by the Student Work Department of the Party committee and the graduate work department of the Party committee. Organizing committee will be set up for the competition. The Secretariat of the organizing committee is located in the employment office of the student affairs department, which is responsible for the daily publicity, organization and implementation of the activities. At the same time, this competition is the preliminary competition of the 15th Jiangsu Province college students' career planning competition, and the outstanding players will participate in the provincial competition on behalf of Nanjing University of technology.

Venue arrangement
The competition is divided into graduate track, undergraduate track and innovation and entrepreneurship track. The competition includes four stages: start-up, school preliminary race, school re race and school final.
（1） Start up phase (before April 30)
The Organizing Committee of the competition announced the schedule and competition system of the competition and publicized it in the whole school. Fill in the "college entry receipt" and send it to the designated email before May 6.
（2） School preliminaries (may 1-June 20)
Non graduating students (2020 graduates of our university who are studying in graduate school can also apply for the competition, belonging to the graduate group) can apply for the competition. Contestants are required to log in to the official website of the competition (ZGS. 91job. Org. CN: 82) to register, register and submit written works (see Annex 1 for writing requirements). The number of participants in each college shall not be less than 15% of the total number of non graduating students in the college.
The college organizes in-house trials. Each college undergraduate can recommend 3 excellent players, graduate students can recommend 2, and each college can recommend 1 player to participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship track (regardless of educational level), which will occupy the total recommended quota. Each contestant can only take part in the rematch of one track.
（3） School preliminaries (June 20-30)
Before June 20, the electronic version of the written work "career planning book" of the semi finalists will be sent to the designated email address.
In the second round of the school competition, the written work "career planning book" will be reviewed, and the top ten finalists of graduate group, undergraduate group and innovation and entrepreneurship group will be selected respectively.
（4） School finals (June 30-september 14)
Before September 5, submit the written works of the finalists (including career planning book, career interview report, career experience report or business plan), which are bound into one book with three parts, and the works are in sextuplicate, which are required to be printed in black and white on ordinary A4 paper. The title page of the career planning document shall be filled in with the real name, gender, school, Department, class, contact number of the contestant and the name, Department (Department) and contact number of the instructor. "Career planning book" and "career person interview report" shall not contain any content involving the identity information of the contestant, if necessary, please replace it with "*". The final works shall be submitted to the Secretariat Office of the Organizing Committee of the competition. The final stage is a live competition, and video materials of the players will be recorded. The school finals include two parts: the review of the written report of career planning, career interview report, and career experience report (the career experience report of the innovation and entrepreneurship track players is changed to the entrepreneurship plan) and the on-site statement and Q & A. The final will be held before September 14, 2020. The top two students in the final of the graduate group, the top three students in the final of the undergraduate group and the first student in the final of the innovation and entrepreneurship group (will occupy the total number of places), will represent Nanjing University of technology to participate in the 15th college students' career planning competition of Jiangsu Province. The video recorded on site will be used as the entry materials for the final of the 15th college students' career planning competition in Jiangsu Province (see Annex 2 for the specific selection method of the final).

Award settings
（1） Second round awards. The top ten students in the undergraduate group, graduate group and the top five students in the innovation and entrepreneurship group will be awarded the "career planning competition" award certificate and enter the school finals.
（2） Final awards. The finals are divided into annual champion, runner up and third place. The champion (occupying the total number of places) of undergraduate group, graduate group, and innovation and entrepreneurship group will participate in the 15th college students' career planning competition of Jiangsu Province.
（3） There are 15 awards for the best organization and 10 awards for excellent instructors.
