Due to the needs of work, Nanjing University of technology recruits 2 administrative staff of the campus safety department to the public. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1、 Application conditions
1. Strong political position, law-abiding, good conduct, physical and mental health, love of security cause, good team spirit and communication and coordination ability;
2. Have good language and character expression ability, can use computer office software skillfully;
3. Age requirement: the age is generally no more than 28 years old (born after January 1, 1992); the age of doctoral students can be appropriately relaxed.
4. Education and professional requirements: Master's degree or above in computer science, safety science and Engineering (the undergraduate level is the same major) or fire control engineering, safety prevention engineering, rescue command and technology in public security technology, bachelor's degree or above. (the above education background shall be full-time, and the professional classification shall refer to the catalogue of professional classification of national civil service examination 2019.)
5. Due to the particularity of the security post, it is required to be able to participate in all-weather duty work and have the ability to handle emergencies.
6. It is required to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before July 31, 2020, and complete all the entry procedures before August 31, 2020.

(1) Time and method of application
1. Registration deadline: May 20, 2020
2. Application method: online application is adopted in this recruitment. 3、 Measures for examination implementation
(1) The recruitment examination includes written examination and interview.
1. The written test mainly tests the professional knowledge, administrative ability and operation level related to the position of the candidate. After the written examination, according to the results of the written examination and the proportion of the number of people to be recruited for the corresponding recruitment posts, the interviewers shall be determined from high score to low score above the qualification line.
2. The interview shall be conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by Nanjing University of technology.
(2) Examination procedure
1. The specific time, place and personnel list of all examinations will be published on the website of Human Resources Department of Nanjing University of technology. The applicant shall take his ID card to take the examination at the prescribed time and place, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up automatically.
2. Before the written examination, the applicant shall submit the original application form of Nanjing University of technology for public recruitment of administrative personnel of campus safety department (personal signature shall be handwritten), and pay 100 yuan for the application examination fee.
3. Before the interview, the candidates shall provide the original and copy of the materials listed in the qualification examination, and the relevant departments shall review the candidates' qualification conditions. All fraudsters, once verified, will be disqualified from the interview, and the interviewers will be supplemented from the high score to the low score in the written examination. The detailed materials are as follows:
(1) Original and copy of ID card;
(2) Original and copy of diploma and degree certificate for undergraduate and graduate students. (4) After the interview, the total score is determined as follows:
Final total score = written test score × 30% + interview score × 70%
4、 Employment
After the examination, the final scores of candidates shall be determined according to the calculation method specified in the announcement. According to the proportion of 1:1 of the number of candidates to be recruited for recruitment posts, the inspection and physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score (the specific list will be published in the human resources department). The standard of physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the general standard of physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation). In case of vacancy due to disqualification of physical examination, substitute personnel shall take part in physical examination in turn. The school organizes investigation, and finally determines the list of personnel to be employed according to the examination, physical examination and investigation results. The list of personnel to be employed will be publicized on the website of Jiangsu talent flow service center and Nanjing University of technology human resources department for 7 working days.
For those who have no objection to the publicity, the employer shall go through the relevant employment procedures for them and sign an employment contract with them. The personnel employed this time are all employed in the form of personnel agency. The employed personnel shall have a six-month probation period. Upon the expiration of the probation period, they shall be assessed as qualified and rated. Those who fail to pass the assessment shall be disqualified.
