It has carried out a series of innovative researches and developed the integrated technology of large-scale preparation of high-performance molecular sieve membrane with independent intellectual property rights and membrane separation and dehydration. The permeate flux of membrane products is The cost of tubular membrane module is 20% lower than that of similar products in foreign countries, and the energy consumption of solvent dehydration and separation is 50% lower than that of conventional methods, which promotes the large-scale industrial application of molecular sieve membrane and realizes the engineering of hollow fiber molecular sieve membrane for the first time in the world. According to reports, the research project has promoted the technological upgrading of process industry, and has broad application prospects in chemical industry, medicine, renewable energy and other fields. The related achievements have obtained 26 invention patents authorized by China, 2 invention patents authorized by Japan, 1 invention patent authorized by Europe, 1 invention patent authorized by the United States, 4 software copyrights and 26 academic papers. "The project achievements have been successfully applied in the production and reuse of more than 10 kinds of solvents, and more than 200 sets of industrial devices have been popularized, which has produced significant economic and social benefits." Gu Xuehong introduced that in the past two years, the product sales volume of this achievement has reached more than 100 million yuan, adding more than 90 million yuan of economic benefits for the eight application enterprises counted, and about 2 billion yuan of economic benefits for all application units.
