Abstract: with the rapid development of China's economy, Chinese society has stepped into a "consumer society" since the end of the 20th century. The transformation of this social form not only means great well-being, but also accompanied by huge consumption of resources and heavy environmental costs, and has a growing global ecological effect. Scholars from many disciplines have made extensive discussions on this from various perspectives, including the implication of consumer society in the sense of social transformation, dissimilated consumption, the evolution of consumption structure and its macro ecological footprint, many factors affecting the effects of resources and environment, as well as the actual consumption status of major consumer goods such as food, housing, automobiles, and the costs of resources and environment, and as a result, these issues ultimately The "garbage problem" boils down to. The search for a way out involves not only the "green consumption" at the level of technological route, the transformation from consumers to "environmental citizens", but also the substantial "thorough transformation of civilization". The reports and discussions on multiple topics are full of insights, but also highlight the gaps and shortcomings of existing research, which will be a reference for future research.

2. Consumption economy, consumerism and consumption society from the perspective of socialist ecological civilization

Abstract: from the perspective of ecological Marxism, the emergence of consumer economy and the evolution from consumerism to consumer society in European and American capitalist countries are essentially or rooted in the framework of capitalist economic system and its social cultural ideology that always shaped the whole process and its results. In this sense, contemporary China is obviously not a complete or typical consumer society. To be more precise, the transformation of the consumer society, which is still in progress in China's real life or at the level of the daily consumption of the public, not only poses severe challenges, but also brings important opportunities for the construction of the socialist ecological civilization that we are committed to. In particular, the construction of ecological civilization based on the sober socialist political consciousness can be an internal constraint and alternative guidance to the transformation process, or a historical impetus to the transition to the middle and senior stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Abstract: the concept of ecological security is an important part of Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization. Xi Jinping takes the national security thinking and Systematic Dialectical Thinking Method in the era of great safety, not only regards the ecological environment security as an important cornerstone of the national security system and an important guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of the economy and society, but also regards the effective prevention of ecological risks and the maintenance of ecological security as the solid foundation for building a community of human destiny. The formation of Xi Jinping's ecological security concept of ecological civilization is the urgent need to cope with the current global ecological crisis. It is the inheritance and development of Marx's ecological security concept. It has great theoretical and practical significance for building a global ecological security system and promoting win-win cooperation in global ecological governance.

4. On the relationship between compensation litigation for ecological environment damage and environmental civil public interest litigation

Abstract: as a new type of litigation, compensation litigation for ecological environment damage belongs to environmental civil public interest litigation in essence. On the one hand, the equal status of the two parties in the lawsuit and the fact that the defendant can't be the administrative subject fit the characteristics of civil litigation; on the other hand, the ecological environment interests protected by the lawsuit belong to the public interests and the interests of winning the lawsuit are shared by the whole people, fit the characteristics of public interest litigation. In view of the above orientation of the relationship between ecological environmental damage compensation litigation and environmental civil public interest litigation, the purpose of environmental protection can be better realized by regulating the integration of the two: in terms of litigation qualification, the plaintiff of the former can be interpreted as "the organ regulated by law" in Article 55 of Civil Procedure Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Civil Procedure Law") ”In the judicial organ, it is necessary to define the types of environmental civil public interest litigation cases that need to be heard by the environmental resources trial court or the designated special court; in the evidential rules, it is necessary to standardize the evidential ability of the evidence collected and reports made by the administrative organ in the process of law enforcement; in the responsibility bearing, it is necessary to replace the use of "restoration" with "restoration of ecological environment" To define the standard of restoration, improve the way of restoration and define the scope of compensation.

5. The process and evaluation of environmental public interest litigation initiated by procuratorial organs

Abstract: environmental public interest litigation in China goes beyond the traditional basis of individual rights and pays attention to the maintenance of objective legal order. At first, legal reform emphasized that it is an important means of social governance, but the subsequent development has increasingly shown the trend of nationalization, especially in the prosecution has been formally granted the plaintiff's qualification as the subject of litigation. From the current number of cases, this national public interest litigation system undoubtedly has significant advantages in China's national conditions. However, the risks of personal rights protection, social governance space compression and power rent-seeking can not be ignored. This paper focuses on the historical development and evaluation of the plaintiff's eligibility of environmental public interest litigation in procuratorial organs, and comprehensively uses the research methods of normative analysis, legal interpretation and comparative law to objectively evaluate the advantages of the nationalization of environmental public interest litigation, and gives a good indication of the institutional risks.

Abstract: is PPP a panacea or a beautiful lie to improve the efficiency of public goods supply? Which is the better between PPP model and traditional government governance model in rural human settlements remediation? Under the background of fighting against pollution and carrying out the strategy of rural revitalization, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to answer these questions. This paper systematically combs the effectiveness and evaluation content of PPP model, selects two cases of rural domestic waste treatment, and compares PPP model with traditional government governance model in terms of cost and stage, PPP mode is not more efficient or more cost-effective. The total cost difference between the two is small, and the overall efficiency is relatively low. However, PPP mode pays more attention to early investment to ensure quality and reduce the whole life cycle cost, In different stages, the two models have their own advantages and disadvantages, especially under the market mechanism driven PPP model has strong flexibility and innovation, while the traditional government governance model has strong social mobilization and value fairness. In a word, there is no "omnipotent model" in rural residential environment remediation. In the real situation of rapid flow of urban and rural elements, various environmental remediation models need to be treated differently.

7. Analysis of the adjustment plan of "two into three" and its social ecological impact

Abstract: after the adjustment of urban "two to three" plan, the original plot of heavy pollution enterprises moved out was adjusted after circulation, but the "Brown plot" pollution problem left by the moved out enterprises in the original plot was "put on hold" due to policy, finance, technology and other reasons, while the chemical industry park formed by the "group relocation" of enterprises, due to the change of population flow, enterprise group structure and surrounding environment, was in safety Double hidden dangers of total risk and environmental risk. The implementation of the "two to three" adjustment plan still needs to be adapted to local conditions, take full account of the differences in urbanization level and economic situation in different regions, and ensure the coordinated arrangement of "retreat" and "advance". In addition, the green promotion of the urban "two to three" adjustment plan needs to draw on the wisdom of urban management and reconstruct the urban "microcirculation" to ensure the safe and sustainable circulation of urban construction land. At the same time, it needs to optimize the safe production, cluster scale and spatial distribution of the Chemical Industry Park, so as to achieve social sustainability in the adjustment of national industrial structure.

8. Control incentive, public welfare donation and enterprise risk undertaking

Abstract: Based on the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2016, this paper analyzes the relationship among control incentive, public welfare donation and corporate risk-taking by using multiple regression method. The results show that: public welfare donation inhibits the risk-taking level of enterprises; control incentive significantly regulates the inhibition of public welfare donation on the risk-taking level of enterprises
