The novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control leading group of Jiangsu Province passed the record of the school group. Since April 19th, our school has organized the students to report in batches of peak to peak schools. In order to ensure the health and safety of all students, the school has prepared a "Opening Notice" for each student. Please read it carefully and do a good job in accordance with the requirements.
1、 Time and arrangement of returning to school
The school will return to school by campus, college, grade and peak shift. After receiving the return notice, students are requested to arrange the return trip reasonably and return to school in strict accordance with the time notified by the counselor. All students are not allowed to return to school in advance. The specific arrangement is as follows:

2、 Back to school conditions
According to the current regional situation and physical health of students, it can be divided into four categories: no returning to school temporarily, postponed returning to school temporarily, isolation after returning to school and normal returning to school (see Annex 1 for details).
3、 Preparation before returning to school
1. Adhere to the daily health information punch. If the information is not true, the key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history, health status, etc., are concealed, and serious consequences are caused, the legal responsibility will be investigated according to law.
2. Please make travel arrangements according to the return date notified by the school, return to school on time, and report their return time, bus mode, bus number information, physical condition and other information to the counselor three days before the report.
3. Students returning to school shall actively apply for returning to school health through the micro sentry system at least 3 days before returning to school, and the application content includes "one form, one code and one check" (see Appendix 2 for specific operation procedures)
"One form" refers to the health information registration form before returning to school. The contents of the form include: my going out 14 days before returning to school, epidemiological history of contact with patients and people from the epidemic area, as well as the physical health of myself and the residents (filled in through the micro sentry system).
"One code" is a two-dimensional code of "Ning Hui". The access is as follows:
Download the app of "Jinling network certificate" by mobile phone, and fill in "Ning back" after login to obtain the health QR code.
"One check" refers to the results of individual travel track query. The method is as follows:
(1) Telecom mobile phone users: edit the SMS "cxmyd ා the last four digits of ID card number" to 10001, authorize reply y, realize "roaming query", and can query the information of mobile phone number in the past 15 days.
(2) Unicom mobile users: the mobile phone sends "the last four digits of cxmyd ා ID card" to l0010 to query the information of roaming places in China for nearly 30 days.
(3) Mobile phone users: fill in "cxmyd" and send it to 10086. Then input the last four digits of ID card according to the reply message. You can query the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities visited in the past month.
4. Prepare the medical masks or surgical masks, disposable gloves, thermometers (the school will provide a mercury thermometer for each student dormitory, which will be collected by the dormitory chief at the dormitory administrator after returning to school), detoxified alcohol cotton sheets or hand-free disinfectants, lunch boxes and other protective articles needed for life and study in advance and within two weeks after arriving at school.
4、 Personal protection guide on the way back to school
1. Personal protection. Personal protection shall be done well on the way back. When taking public transportation, medical masks or surgical masks shall be worn throughout the journey to avoid close contact and conversation with others. Try not to eat in public restaurants on the way. Pay attention to hand hygiene at any time, try not to touch public goods and parts with hands, and do not touch mouth, nose, eyes and other parts with hands; wash hands with hand sanitizer or soap under running water after touching public goods, covering hands with cough, defecating before meals, or wipe and disinfect with hand sanitizer; cover mouth and nose with paper towel or elbow clothes when sneezing or coughing.
2. Public protection. Avoid staying in densely populated and poorly ventilated places. Pay attention to the condition of surrounding passengers and avoid close contact with suspicious personnel. In case of any suspicious symptom, inform the crew in time. Properly keep the travel ticket information, record the time of taking the bus and the place of boarding, so as to cooperate with the relevant close contacts' investigation and serve as the basis for school audit.
3. Health monitoring. Do a good job of health monitoring. Take the initiative to measure the temperature when you feel unwell or have a fever. In case of suspicious symptoms, try to avoid contact with other personnel, see a doctor and report to the school according to the condition. Keep warm on the way to prevent cold.
5、 Check in process on the day of returning to school
1. At the time of check-in, the school set up check-in reception stations at the gate of Jiangning campus, South Gate and East Gate of Lishui campus. Please refer to the attached "flow chart of students entering the school on the registration day" for the registration process.
2. The school has access at the school gate. When students check in, implement "one test, two checks, three checks and four passes": one temperature check; two identity check, students must show "ID card or student card"; three check "Health Code"; four check and monitor according to the check-in process before entering the campus.
3. Students returning to school by private car or accompanied by relatives and friends shall stop at the gate of the school and leave immediately. They are not allowed to enter the campus.
4. When checking in, line up in order to keep a distance of one meter, actively cooperate with health code inspection, body temperature detection and back to school identity confirmation, and obey the management.
5. After entering the school, you should go back to your dormitory directly, and you are not allowed to enter other dormitory buildings and other dormitories. Students enter the apartment and check in after registering information.
6、 Personal protection guidelines for students after returning to school
1. Strict daily management. During the epidemic period, the school implements closed management. Before the end of the epidemic, students without special circumstances are not allowed to leave the school. If you really need to ask for leave, you must strictly perform the leave procedures in accordance with the work plan for teachers and students to return to school during the epidemic prevention and control period of Pujiang University (Revised Version), and then you can leave. Try not to take public transport or go to crowded public places when going out. Strictly visit the foreign personnel. No student is allowed to accept the visit of the foreign personnel without special circumstances.
2. Do a good job in personal protection. During the epidemic period, students should do a good job in self-protection and strictly implement the school's prevention and control regulations. Wear masks, don't visit, don't go out, don't gather, don't wash hands frequently, bask in quilts frequently, ventilate more, work and rest on time, insist on exercise, and form good health habits.
3. Do a good job in health monitoring. During the period of epidemic prevention and control, the system of "daily report" and "zero report" shall be strictly implemented. Students should take the initiative to carry out morning and noon examinations, and take the initiative to fulfill the leave procedures in time when they are unable to attend classes due to illness. Students should take the dormitory as the unit, take the initiative to carry out body temperature monitoring before 7:40 a.m. and 13:00 p.m. every day, and use the "micro sentry system" to make morning and noon examination records, and fill in personal information truthfully. If the body temperature is ≥ 37.3 ℃, it should be reported to the clinic immediately through the counselor, handled by the medical staff, and reported to the school epidemic prevention and control student working group.
4. Standardize dining behavior. It is recommended to eat in staggered peaks, in separate places, keep a distance in line, wash hands before meals, do not share meals with each other, and try to "eat without saying" when eating; try to bring their own lunch boxes and pack them back to the dormitory for dinner, or order meals online through the platform in the school. No takeout on campus.
5. Consciously isolate and observe. After returning to school, if it is necessary to conduct centralized isolation observation, it shall actively cooperate and consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the isolation area and work and rest time.
6. Do a good job in psychological protection. When anxiety, tension, fear and other emotional reactions occur due to the epidemic situation, and you can't adjust and relieve yourself, you can ask for psychological help through the green channel of psychological consultation appointment and registration, the psychological crisis assistance hotline opened on the psychological center line of the school or the psychological support hotline 025-86868449 for epidemic prevention and control of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.
7、 All students must comply with the provisions of these instructions and the requirements of the school's epidemic prevention and control work. In case of any violation, they will be seriously punished in accordance with the measures for the implementation of disciplinary punishment for students of Pujiang College of Nanjing University of Technology (for Trial Implementation) and the measures for the treatment of students' disciplinary violations during the epidemic prevention and control period of Pujiang College of Nanjing University of technology.
