Nanjing University of technology is an institution which is in charge of the Provincial Department of education. Nanjing University of technology is now recruiting outstanding talents for the public in order to better select talents suitable for the post, expand the scale of teachers and optimize the team structure. In accordance with the measures of Jiangsu Province on public recruitment of public institutions and other provisions, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
One
Working principle
(1) Adhere to the principle of post recruitment and classified management. According to the needs of the school's career development, within the approved total number of posts, in accordance with the specific post responsibilities and qualifications of professional and technical posts, the examination and assessment method is adopted to select the best, employ and manage by category, and strengthen the construction of high-level talent team.
(2) Adhere to the principle of openness, fairness and competition. Adhere to the employment standards of both ability and morality, fair and open recruitment, open recruitment information, open recruitment process and open recruitment results.
(3) Adhere to scientific setting and standardized operation. In strict accordance with the relevant regulations of public recruitment of staff in Institutions of Jiangsu Province, the school sets recruitment conditions scientifically, studies recruitment methods carefully, ensures the scientificity, impartiality, specialization and public reliability of examination and assessment, and consciously accepts the supervision of all sectors of society.

Conditions for registration
(1) Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China and abiding by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China.
(2) Abide by laws and disciplines, conduct integrity, unity and cooperation, respect industry and music, integrity.
(3) Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post, be able to engage in front-line teaching and scientific research.
(4) The age requirements are: doctoral students or those with intermediate professional and technical posts are no more than 35 years old (born after January 1, 1985), those with deputy senior professional and technical posts are no more than 40 years old (born after January 1, 1980), and those with senior professional and technical posts are no more than 45 years old (born after January 1, 1975).
(5) Have the professional and technical qualifications required for the post (see the post table for details). Graduates should graduate before December 31, 2020 and obtain corresponding academic degrees. Graduates of teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad studying at the same time refer to those studying in teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad and graduating at the same time with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
(6) Taiwan students with full-time college education in mainland China and other Taiwan residents with recognized education in mainland China shall apply in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and our province.

(2) Online confirmation
(1) Applicants can go to the registration website 24 hours after submitting the registration information online to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (company).
(2) No application fee and examination fee will be charged for this open recruitment. The application will be successful after passing the preliminary examination.
(3) If the applicant fails to confirm the application qualification and upload photos on time, the application will be deemed invalid.
(3) Notes for registration
1. According to the job requirements and online prompts, the candidates fill in the relevant information truthfully, and upload their recent two inch (35 × 45mm) certificate photo of bareheaded front, in JPG format, with the size of less than 20KB. The recruitment department (company) reviews the information provided by the candidate. Once the applicant is verified, he / she will be disqualified.
2. There is no opening proportion in this open recruitment. If there are qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the school after the preliminary examination, they can be selected for admission according to the needs of the organization, which is subject to the notice of Nanjing University of technology.
3. Candidates can only select one position registration from the position table. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed. Candidates who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination can report other positions that meet the qualification conditions during the application period. Applicants should use the second generation ID card within the validity period for registration. The registration and the ID card used in the examination hall must be the same.
4. When applying, applicants should fill in their research direction, main papers and works (indicate the journal name, year, period, starting and ending pages, and the information of the first author or independent author or corresponding author (tutor is the first author)) and research topics (indicate the information of hosting or participating, ranking, research funds, etc.) in the column of "learning and working experience", If no thesis or subject is filled in, it is deemed that there is no relevant scientific research achievement.
5. Under any of the following circumstances, the candidates shall not apply: ① active servicemen, college graduates; ② candidates who have husband and wife relationship, lineal blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, close relatives and other relatives to be avoided with the staff of public institutions, shall not apply for management positions with direct superior subordinate leadership relationship, and "public institutions" Positions to be avoided as required by regulations on personnel management avoidance. If the person in charge of the employing unit and the public recruitment staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the applicant, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of the public recruitment, they shall be avoided. ③ Personnel who have not yet been relieved of disciplinary punishment or are undergoing disciplinary review, or whose time limit for criminal punishment has not expired, or who are being investigated for suspected illegal crimes; ④ personnel who are not allowed to apply for relevant posts in public institutions according to other regulations of the state and the province.

Assessment method and organization
(1) Before the assessment, our school will review the candidates, and the candidates shall provide the original of ID card, graduation certificate (degree card), academic achievements and other relevant supporting materials, and the fresh graduates shall provide the original of the recommendation form for two-way selection of graduates issued by their colleges. For those who have obtained overseas academic degree, the certificate of overseas academic degree issued by the service center for studying abroad of the Ministry of education shall be provided. Applicants who have passed the review will be notified by the school by phone or email. Candidates shall participate in the assessment according to the specified time and place, otherwise it will be deemed as automatic abandonment. The assessment shall be conducted in accordance with the measures formulated by Nanjing University of technology, and the members of the assessment team shall be organized by the University. The assessment method will be informed to the candidates by email or telephone.
(2) The examination method is interview examination. The interview is carried out in accordance with the measures formulated by Nanjing University of technology, mainly testing the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality required for the performance of post duties. The score of interview assessment is 70 points (100 points in full), and the employee will not be hired if it is lower than 70 points. The interview result is the total score. The interview result shall be informed to the applicant on the spot.

Physical examination, investigation and employment
(1) After the interview and assessment, the personnel participating in the physical examination shall be determined according to the proportion of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment post from high score to low score. The standard of physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the general standard of physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation), and conform to the standard of physical examination for qualification of teachers in Jiangsu Province. If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified physical examination, it will not be filled.
(2) The school shall inspect the personnel to be employed who pass the physical examination. According to the job requirements and job conditions, the ideological and political performance, moral quality, relevant business ability and work performance are mainly investigated.
(3) According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the university will hold a leading group meeting for talent work to study and determine the final recruitment. The list of proposed employees will be published on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of human resources and social security and the website of Human Resources Department of Nanjing University of technology for 7 working days. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, post name, name of the personnel to be employed, graduation school, current work or study unit, various scores, total scores, ranking, etc. of the recruitment examination. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified inspection, it will not be filled.
(4) For those who have no objection to the publicity, after the examination of Jiangsu Provincial Department of education and the filing of Jiangsu Provincial Department of human resources and social security, the school will handle the relevant employment procedures for them and sign an employment contract with them. If the University fails to sign an employment contract with the University within the time limit prescribed by the University, or fails to provide the certificate of termination of the relationship with the original unit, or the fresh graduate fails to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate on time, the employment qualification shall be cancelled.
