1、 College introduction
The school of chemical engineering of Nanjing University of technology has a long history of running a school and is one of the earliest chemical engineering disciplines established in China. Academician Shi Jun, the founder, is one of the advocators of chemical engineering in China. He has trained a large number of outstanding scientific, engineering and management talents represented by 18 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2007, chemical engineering and technology discipline was rated as the first batch of national key disciplines, and the fourth round of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of education was listed in a file, which was selected as the construction project of superior disciplines in Jiangsu Universities. The college has the doctoral program of the first level discipline of chemical engineering and technology, the national characteristic specialty of chemical engineering and technology, the national experimental teaching demonstration center, the national virtual simulation experiment teaching project, the national excellent course of chemical principles and chemical thermodynamics, the national excellent resource sharing course of chemical principles. The college has a strong faculty. It has a "material chemical engineering" National University Huang Danian style teacher team, a national excellent teaching team of chemical engineering and technology.
