When the people of Wuhan need it most, they must not stand aside. No matter how difficult it is, they must stand up and take on the responsibility no matter how risky it is. We have a great responsibility for this work. Novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control situation is grim, and the construction of the hospital is urgent and challenging. As a central enterprise in Hubei Province, it is our mission to implement the major decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee. We must take the hospital construction as an important political task and complete it at any cost and with all our strength. Another idea is that time will not wait. We have made full use of BIM Technology, assembly construction and other methods, reasonably arranged the construction period, formulated the "hour system" battle map, ensured the smooth development of high-intensity process interleaving, and effectively guaranteed the hospital's delivery and use upon completion. Chen Weiguo: it is very difficult to build two hospitals in this special time. I think the biggest difficulties and challenges are as follows: the first one comes from the high standard of hospital construction. The two hospitals are designed according to the infectious disease hospital. The professional system is complex, the functional areas are divided into many, and the environmental protection requirements are high. All the wards are negative pressure wards, and the fresh air system needs to be set up separately. The second is the difficulty of resource organization. During the construction period of the project, affected by the epidemic situation and Spring Festival holiday, workers returned home, factories shut down and Wuhan was closed, which brought great difficulties to a large number of personnel organization, material procurement, facilities and equipment allocation required by the project construction. At the same time, on-site coordination is difficult. In the operation of the project corps, there are many units participating in the cross construction of hundreds of professional subcontractors. At the same time, due to the restrictions of Underpass roads and surrounding traffic, the scheduling of vehicles in and out is difficult, which is a great challenge to our on-site coordination and management. Another is the difficulty of epidemic prevention. During the peak period of construction, 25000 builders work in two shifts 24 hours without stopping. There are epidemic prevention and control risks such as large-scale personnel gathering, large-scale square operation and long-term fatigue operation.
State owned assets report: how do you overcome so many difficulties?
Chen Weiguo: we have focused on the following aspects: first, we have strengthened organizational security. Zhou Naixiang, secretary and chairman of the Party group, Zheng xuexuan, deputy secretary and general manager of the Party group, led the team to the front line for many times to ensure that the group's main leaders were always in front command and on-site guidance. The two-level command system of the Third Engineering Bureau of China Construction has fully played its role in mobilizing the subjective initiative of the units participating in the construction, realizing the organization by sections, overall promotion and system guarantee.
