March 27, 2020: according to the 2020 recruitment plan of Nanjing University of technology, we are now recruiting full-time counselors to the public. The specific recruitment items are as follows:
I. recruitment plan
There are 21 full-time counselors, including 12 male dormitory counselors, 8 female dormitory counselors, and 1 overseas student dormitory counselor.
II. Application conditions
1. Have the nationality of the people's Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China, have high political quality and firm ideals and beliefs.
2. Love higher education, have a strong sense of organizational discipline and responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work; conduct is correct, honest and self-discipline, physical and mental health.
3. Members of the Communist Party of China (including preparatory members).
4. Full time master's degree or above shall be obtained before July 31, 2020, with unlimited majors; master's degree under 30 years old (born on July 1, 1990 and later), doctoral degree or party and government management experience in university can be relaxed to below 32 years old (born on July 1, 1988 and later).
5. During the undergraduate or postgraduate stage, there are major student cadres who have worked for one academic year or more (major student cadres include: squad leader, Secretary of the Communist Youth League branch, Secretary of the Party branch and college level Youth League Committee, student union, graduate student union, head of the social Federation and above student cadres, which must have the certificate of the Party committee of the college; The school Youth League Committee, student union, graduate student union, Vice Minister of the social Federation and above student cadres, and the head of the school level Association (Association) must have the certificate of the school Youth League Committee).
6. Position 1, male only, male dormitory required.
7. Job application 2, female only, female dormitory required.
8. Position 3, English major graduation, TEM-8 grade qualification; or other major graduation with more than two years of overseas English teaching full-time learning background; or CET-6 score of 570 or above, or IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or TOEFL score of 80 or above (relevant supporting materials shall be provided); strong English communication ability; It is required to stay in the dormitory for international students. To apply for this position, you need to take an additional test of oral English, and only qualified oral English can be employed.
III. application and preliminary examination
(I) time and method of application
1. Registration deadline: 17:00, April 24, 2020.
2. Application method: online application is adopted in this open recruitment. Candidates must log in to the online service hall of Nanjing University of technology talent recruitment system (https://ehall.njtech.edu.cn/taskcenter/workflow/index? Membership = ketanyun) for application. Please refer to Appendix 1 "instructions for use of Nanjing University of technology talent recruitment system" for details.
3. The application fee for this open recruitment is 100 yuan, which must be paid online.
(II) precautions and preliminary examination
1. Fill in the personal information truthfully when applying, and upload the scanned copies of relevant supporting materials such as academic certificate, degree certificate, honor certificate, published thesis, etc. Any falsifier will be disqualified as soon as it is verified.
2. After the applicant completes the application, the school will conduct preliminary examination according to the post requirements.
3. The candidates who pass the preliminary examination will participate in the examination organized by the University. The specific examination arrangement and the list of candidates who pass the preliminary examination will be published on the website of Human Resources Department of Nanjing University of technology before April 30, 2020. Please pay attention to them in time.
4. The opening proportion of each post is 3:1. If the actual number of people participating in the written examination is less than 3 times of the number of job recruiters, the number of job recruiters will be reduced or the job will be cancelled accordingly.
IV. measures for examination implementation
1. The recruitment examination includes written examination and interview.
(1) the written test mainly tests the professional knowledge, administrative ability and operation level related to the position of the candidate. After the written examination, according to the number of people to be employed and the order of written examination score from high to low above the qualification line, the interviewers shall be determined within the range of 1:3.
(2) the interview shall be conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by Nanjing University of technology.
2. Examination procedure
(1) the specific time, place and personnel list of all examinations will be published on the website of Human Resources Department of Nanjing University of technology. The applicant shall take his ID card to take the examination at the prescribed time and place, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up automatically.
(2) after the issuance of the examination notice, the personnel who pass the preliminary examination shall log in the talent recruitment system of Nanjing University of technology to download and print the application form of full-time counselors (the second batch) for public recruitment of Nanjing University of technology in 2020. The application form shall be pasted with one inch color certificate photo and signed by the person below.
(3) the applicant shall take the written examination with the application form for public recruitment of full-time counselors (the second batch) of Nanjing University of technology in 2020 and the original ID card. The ID card used in the application and examination must be the same.
(4) before the interview, the candidates shall provide the original materials corresponding to the information filled in the application form, and the relevant departments shall review the candidates' qualifications. All fraudsters, once verified, will be disqualified from the interview, and the interviewers will be supplemented from the high score to the low score in the written examination. The detailed materials are as follows:
① original and copy of ID card;
② original and copy of academic degree and degree certificate at undergraduate and postgraduate stage. The fresh graduates shall provide the original and copy of the recommendation form for two-way employment selection of graduates uniformly printed by the Provincial Education Department issued by their colleges and universities, and the overseas returnees shall provide the original and copy of the certificate for foreign academic qualifications and degrees issued by the service center for study abroad of the Ministry of education;
(3) publish the original and copy of the paper as the first author (including the cover and catalogue of the Journal);
④ the original and copy of relevant supporting materials with Party and government management experience in Colleges and Universities:
⑤ the original and copy of the work experience certification materials of the main student cadres;
⑥ original and copy of certification materials of CPC members (including preparatory members);
⑦ other originals and copies of supporting materials that can prove their own advantages and specialties (limited to five items).
(5) after the interview, the mental health test (as an investigation item, not included in the interview results) shall be carried out, and the interview results shall be announced on the spot.
(6) the total score is determined as follows:
The final total score = written test score × 30% + interview score × 70%, and passed the mental health test.
V. employment
At the end of the examination, the final scores of candidates shall be determined according to the calculation method specified in the announcement, and the personnel participating in the physical examination shall be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of 1:1 recruiters (the specific list will be published in the human resources department). The standard of physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the general standard of physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation). In case of any vacancy due to disqualification of physical examination, the replacement personnel shall take part in physical examination one time.
The Organization Department of the Party committee, the Department of human resources and the Department of education and work of the Party committee shall organize the inspection of the qualified personnel, and finally determine the list of the personnel to be employed according to the results of the examination, physical examination and inspection. The list of personnel to be employed will be publicized on the website of Jiangsu human resources public service network and the Ministry of human resources of Nanjing University of technology for 7 working days.
For those who have no objection to the publicity, the employer shall go through the relevant employment procedures for them and sign an employment contract with them. The personnel employed this time are all in the form of personnel agency outside the establishment. The employing personnel shall have a six-month probation period. If they pass the examination upon the expiration of the probation period, they shall be appointed and graded; if they fail to pass the examination, they shall be disqualified.
